12月28日，据彭博社报道，中国的电动汽车出口在11月份翻了一番，达到单月高位，这尤其受到欧洲制造商将生产转移到中国这一事实的推动。中国海关总署公布的数据显示，11月中国汽车制造商出口了价值32亿美元的电动汽车，比去年11月增长165%，创单一国家历史最高出口额记录。比利时和英国等欧洲国家是最大的进口国，占总交付量的近70%。中国的汽车出口在11月达到创纪录的60亿美元，电动汽车出口连续二个月占中国汽车总出货量的一半以上。
