央视新闻客户端2023年02月16日讯当地时间15日，国际能源署发布了2月份的世界能源报告，报告称目前全球石油市场总体平静，在2023年上半年，世界石油供给将超过需求。但是随着经济和需求的复苏、俄罗斯石油的减产和欧美对俄制裁的实施，市场依然存在快速反转的可能性。国际能源署预计，2023年全球石油需求将达到每天1．019亿桶（101．9mb/d），相比于2022年，需求增加200万桶/日。在供给方面，2023年1月石油供给总体稳定，约为每天1．008亿桶（100．8mb/d），国际能源署预计2023年全球石油供给会增加120万桶/日。
